Barry Evans -
President & CEO

Mr. Evans has extensive consulting and merger and acquisition experience with an emphasis on manufacturing, service and distribution firms in the Pacific Northwest. His ten-year Wall Street career included Account Executive responsibilities with Dean Witter, followed by regional partnership, management and corporate finance responsibilities for Reynolds Securities, Inc., prior to the merger of the two firms. Mr Evans founded, operated, and then profitably sold two privately owned companies. He currently has ownership interests in other privately owned businesses and sits on the Boards of a number of Pacific Northwest companies. His educational background includes a BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington as well as a graduate degree from the New York Institute of Finance and specialized studies at Wharton School of Finance.

Steve Fitzgerald -
Chief Financial Officer - Founder

Mr. Fitzgerald is an internationally experienced CEO with a 25 year track record of delivering results in large and small companies in the US, Australia, NZ, and Singapore. Executive experience includes CEO Acme Testing, Inc. (US), CEO John Hancock Life Assurance Company Ltd. (Singapore) , and General Manager Occidental Life Insurance Company of Australia Limited, (Australia).

As the founding President & CEO of MatchLight Mr. Fitzgerald guided the company through its embryonic stage overseeing the development of MatchLight's V 1.0 of Patent Pending RealityScan Software, establishment of 20,000+ background image library with ecommerce functionality, and acquisition of Charter Account customers.
